Over 300 lb. Body Weight and having measurements outside of those below!

     Woman under 27                            Women over 26    
     Abdominals: 20" to 40"                    Abdominals: 25" to 45" 
     Rt. Thigh:  14" to 34"                    Rt. Thigh:  14" to 34" 
     Rt. Forearm: 6" to 20"                    Rt. Calve:  10" to 25"

     Men under 27                              Men over 26 
     Abdominals:  21" to 42"                   Abdominals:  25.5" to 45" 
     Upper Arm:    7" to 22"                   Buttocks:    28" to 48.75"
     Rt. Forearm:  7" to 22"                   Rt. Forearm:  7" to 18.5"

Select The Activity Level That Best Describes You
Sedentary, Your day is spent primarily sitting and inactive with no exercise.
Light Activity, Your day is spent moving continually with no exercise weekly.
Active, You exercise 3 times weekly.
Very Active, You exercise 4 to 5 times weekly.
Heavily Active, You exercise 6 to 7 times weekly.
All fields must be filled in to receive a body fat test.

Advisory: Weight loss by dieting alone without exercise will increase your Body Fat percentage as your weight comes down. Unless stimulated by exercise the High Water Tissues break down quicker than Low Water Tissues! Muscle is a High Water Tissue composed of 70% water, 7% lipids (fat) ,and 22% protein. Fat is made up of 22% water, 72% lipids (fat), and 6% protein.
