LEGS (Beginner/Advanced)
Hamstring Group |
Lie on your stomach on the Leg Curl/Leg Extension machine and take
hold of the machine with your arms above your head. Place your legs
under the weight bar with the pads across the bottom of your calves.
Take a 3/4 breath. While stabilizing your body with your arms, bend
your knees bringing your legs up. Contract your back thigh muscles
until the pads touch your buttocks. Hold this position momentarily,
then slowly lower your legs.
