SHOULDERS (Beginner/Advanced)
Medial Deltoid |
Stand with a pair of dumbbells hanging at your side. Take a 3/4
breath and raise your arms out to the sides until they are at the
"sticking point" parallel to the floor. Keep your elbows locked.
Hold momentarily, and slowly lower back down to the starting
position.
