- A Routine is exercises and a Workout Plan is sets, repetitions, and resistances.
- Click your Machine Brand for Legs, Arms, Shoulders or Torso at the Control Panels below.
- Click the exercise(s) you want to do. You can mix exercises between Machine Brands
- We recommend you select any 1 or 2 exercises from each body area but you can choose more if using a Split Routine!
- Click Review Selections at the bottom of the page when finished selecting your exercises.
- Follow the Directions Below and you will achieve more results, quicker and safer!
If your machine brand is not listed Patrick Young has The Plan Generator (R) a DOS coaching and planning software which is compatible with all resistance equipment.
