  • STS will project your results for free!
  • Creating your Workout Plan to achieve those results costs $21.00.
  • If you did not take your Strength Test please do so (make believe does not work!)
  • To receive your Strength Test procedures go to Workout Planning.
  • If you have taken your Strength Test, scroll down and select your workout planning style, enter your Plan Number (from your Strength Test Form), and click the Submit button below!

Select Your Workout Planning Style And Enter Your Plan Number Below!

Basic Workout Planning
  • you select your weekly workout days for all your exercises as a group. (same exercises are done every workout day)
  • you select light, medium, or heavy workouts (periodization) for each day as a group.
Advanced Workout Planning
  • you select your weekly workout days for each exercise separately. (different exercises can be done on different workout days - good for Split Routines)
  • you select light, medium, or heavy workouts (periodization) for each exercise separately.

Basic Style (newcomer to experienced - few decisions required - no Split Routines)
Advanced Style (experienced only - many decisions required - for Split Routines)

NOTE: Plan Numbers do not include the letter O but may include the Number 0. Plan Numbers are retained for one month. If your Plan Number has been removed (over 30 days old) go to Workout Planning and get a new Self Test with a new Plan Number!

For a duplicate/copy of your current Workout Plan go to www.StrengthTrainingSoftware.com/replace.html and enter your e-mail address exactly as you originally entered it for your Workout Plan!
